BSNL dataone broadband save bandwidth - part 1

Yes.. you get a bandwidth of 256 kbps and monthly data usage limit of 1 GB, for BSNL dataone connection. You got to save your bandwidth, if you want to get 100% from it.
I am going to give you various tips to do that.

Tip # 1:

Disable automatic update to most of your windows programs.

You can increase your online security to some extend by turning on the automatic updates !!!!

But what you ask is for more bandwidth, then turn them off !!!!!

You can safely turn it off for the following programs:

** Your windows Operating system

( he he you can turn it on only if you have a genuine version on your system !!!)

** Firefox browser
( it sliently downloads a file of about 9 to 10 MB in background without your consent as a serious security update :D !!!)

** Adobe products (like acrobat reader)

** Any other product you know...

BUT I recommend to turn it **on** for your Anti virus program !!!

I guess by doing this you can save your BSNL Dataone broadband bandwidth to some fairly good extend.

I will post many other comments, tomorrow. Catch you then.

FcuK U , BSNL is a fuckall, and totally fucked up telecom service provider. I stay in bangalore and guess what my BSNL phone is dead for about 25-20 days a month, would u beleave it. I took a broadband connection, and u know what I had to wait nearly 7 fucking month to get connection,
After getting broadband the problems I have faced is unlimited like>>
1>The downloading service is not supported some days.
2>Some days the upload does not work.
3>Limited or no connectivity most of the time.
4>the connection breaks in between, which interfears my downloads.
5>etc etc etc...................

and not only that the engineers and technical department r brainless 3rd class morons, who love to sleep.

u know what the technical department answered when I complained about phone being dead, u wont beleave it guys.
He said that the "the electricity bill of the telephone exchange in the area is not been paid so the electricity department had just removed the fuse which supplies electricity to that telephone exchange"
Now tell me guys is that our problem, do we have to pay the bill.
I just used BSNL broadband for just 1 month(hardly 10 days)
and then called BSNL to disconnect my broadband as i was not enjoying there service. Now I have RELIANCE broadband WiMAX connection. I got the connection within 5 days and trust me guys RELIANCE broadband rocks I have been usin it for more than 5 months with out any problem. Rs 750 unlimited plan. For RS 990 they provide 300kbps unlimited plan.
Its just too good to be true.
I also disconnected my BSNL landline and now have TATA inicom landline which provides excellent services.

BSNL service provider is blinded by thinking that all people will buy there services no matter what and take things for granted but, we pulic wont take it for granted. I recommend BSNL company to open there eyes and see that there are so many service providers in compitation now which are by far far better than ur fucked up service.

BSNL SUCKS GUYS AFTER MY HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE I RECOMMEND ALL U PEOPLE UNLESS UR CRAZY, NEVER TO GO FOR BSNL AS THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SINCERE SERVICE, BUT THEY COLLECT BILLS FAR MORE SINCERELY.
BSNL--BAD(WORST) SERVICE PROVIDER NETWORK LIMITED.
